AHSS eighth grader Lara Jaradat and her football club Al-Ittihad won the Jordan T15 Women’s Elite League championship. Lara is a midfielder on the team.
Al-Ittihad sealed the victory of the Elite League Championship with a 6-0 victory over Al-Orthodox on 27 May at the Polo Stadium in Al Hussein Youth City. Al-Ittihad finished the table with a perfect 8-0 record.
Lara has played on the Jordan Women’s National T17 Team in the past and will try out for the team again this summer. Congratulations Lara and best of luck this summer!
