After 33 years working for Abdul Hamid Sharaf School, Ms. Loma retired from teaching at the end of last school year.
“I feel very happy, but truly sad for leaving the school and my colleagues and everyone.”
Ms. Loma taught English at AHSS, most recently to fifth and sixth grades. Ms. Loma was a gentle and skilled teacher. She was loved by her students and colleagues and will be missed as a teacher at our school.
“I’m going to miss everything, especially the founder of the school, Ms. Sue, may her soul rest in peace,” Ms. Loma said. “I miss her a lot, but she will continue to inspire me.”
AHSS and our school community congratulates Ms. Loma on her retirement and thanks her for more than 33 years of dedication to the education of our students.
“We were sorry to see Ms. Loma go, but we thank her for years of dedication to teaching. Her retirement is well deserved and we wish her a happy and fulfilling retirement,” said Ustaz Nicola Dahdah and Ustaz Tarek Dahdah.
Enjoy your retirement Ms. Loma!
