AHSS is hiring teachers for the 2025/2026 school year. Come join our team of passionate teachers at our private, coeducational, K-12 day school serving the needs of a diverse group of students, international, local, and bicultural.
AHSS 9th grader Leen Abu Hijleh was recently awarded the “Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera” (DELE) certificate for knowledge of the Spanish Language.
Students will compete against others in their age group. Matches will be played during P.E. and recess over a period of several weeks.
The winners in the Arabic and English Sections of the first-annual Ms. Sue Writing Competition were announced on November 12.

Abdullah M. Abudayyeh taught chemistry at AHSS from 2016 to 2022. He now holds a Ph.D from the University of Otago in New Zealand and is now working on postdoctoral work in France and Belgium.
